Discover 5 steps that will help your damaged hair .. to become healthy and shiny again!

Step 1 The importance of bathing

In order to start the reconstruction process correctly, you must choose the APPROPRIATE professional shampoo , for your hair needs.

The process of bathing, although usually a chore for most women, if done diligently will bring significant results and will become a beloved habit combining relaxation, renewal and of course you spend time taking care of yourself!

It is important to take a few minutes to enjoy it! You can put on music that relaxes, activates or simply expresses you and enjoy your bath, to fill you with energy and joy!

An important shampoo tip:

Apply a small amount (and then add as needed) to wet hair and gently massage into the scalp and the entire length of your hair, avoiding rubbing and tangling the ends of your hair!

Wait 2-3 minutes and rinse your hair well with lukewarm to cold water! (Yes, you may think that hot water relaxes you, but it turns out that the cooler the water, the more your hair, skin and brain enjoy it?))

Repeat once more.

Rinse well.

Always use after shampooing emollient cream or spray to untangle hair, to reduce hair breakage rates.

Step 2 Treatment

After the bathing ritual follows the main part and an equally important step that is no longer from the treatment of your hair!

Having gently dabbed your hair with a towel (without rubbing or draining it with force), apply the product on fresh hair Treatment and gently massage the entire length and ends of the hair.

You can - optionally - use a comb (with sparse teeth) in order to penetrate better in all places.

Leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse well with cool water.

Step 3 Correct and Safe Styling

Hair restoration (from chemicals, decoupage, excessive hair dryer, etc.) we know is something that scares you.

It is very important in every shampoo that is followed by drying with a hair dryer and styling, to use professionally heat protection products (in the form of cream, serum, spray).

Important TIP

After shampooing, apply a towel to absorb extra moisture, comb your hair gently, and apply a nourishing hair oil , before thermoprotective product . Avoid putting it near the root to prevent greasy hair.

Then start drying with a hair dryer (always keeping a safe distance of around 15-20cm from your hair), when you feel that the moisture is reduced, add the heat protection product and continue drying and styling (straightening or curls) !

Step 4 Say Yes to Hair Sunscreen

Like your skin, your hair is exposed to the sun.

Apply daily sunscreen products for your hair , before going out in the sun and of course after swimming in the sea or in the pool.

Choose products that have a professional signature, ask your hairdresser or choose products with silk that works as a hair sunscreen.

This will prevent the appearance of dryness or slow down its intensity, if your hair is already dry and damaged.

Step 5 The hairstyle ritual

Dry and damaged hair, due to lack of hydration is prone to breakage of the ends and the creation of scissors. This fragility requires a lot of attention in the hairstyle, as it can aggravate the problem. Both intense hair pulling and inappropriate combs or brushes are often the main reason why dry hair has sharp scissors.

It is important to choose the right brush / comb for your daily hair care!
