ORDERS / CANCELLATIONS



Your orders can be placed through the online store yanniveneti.gr, by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and then selecting the method of payment and the place of shipment.

In case you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our online store directly via email at info@yanniveneti.gr. Depending on the development stage of your order, we will inform you about the options you have.

In accordance with the provisions in force in case you trade as a consumer, you can withdraw from the Contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (except in the case of any of the products listed below, where the right of withdrawal is not granted. ).

In this case, the amount you paid for these products will be refunded. You can prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal by any of the means provided by law, and in any case you will consider that you have legally exercised this right if you have proof of return / shipment of products to us.

Your right to withdraw from a Contract only applies to products that are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them.

Please return each product using its original packaging. You must also include with the returned product all the boxes, the product labels, any accompanying forms and wrappers.

No amount will be refunded if the product has been used after opening or damaged. Therefore, you need to take proper care of the products that are in your possession.

Changes are limited to the same products only.

If you choose not to use any of the available free refund methods, you will incur a refund. Please note that if you wish to return the goods to us by your own means, we have the right to charge you for any direct costs that we may incur in order to receive the products in this way.

We will examine the returned product in detail and let you know if you are entitled to a refund. We will refund your money as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The refund will be made by the same method as the payment.

In case you consider that the product you ordered does not comply with the terms of the Contract at the time of delivery, you should contact us immediately via our online contact form or via email at info@yanniveneti.gr, describing in detail the product and its defect. Alternatively you can contact us by phone at +30 2311 82 23 82 and we will give you instructions for further actions.

You can return the product by choosing between the return methods described above.

Once we receive the returned product, we will examine it in detail and inform you via e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the day we confirmed to you via email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.





RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If a customer receives a product that is opened, damaged, or defective, they must contact us immediately via email at info@yanniveneti.gr, attaching photos that clearly prove the issue.

Once we receive and review the provided material, our team will inform the customer about the procedure to be followed.




DAMAGED PRODUCT CASE

If the customer receives an opened or damaged product, as proven by the photos provided, our team will inform the customer about the next steps of the process.

Usually, if the product is available, it will be reshipped to the customer’s address via our partnered courier service, without any shipping costs.

The courier will deliver the new product and at the same time collect the damaged/opened one, which will then be examined by our packaging department to record the incident and complete the necessary internal reporting and quality control procedures.

If the product is not available and cannot be provided within a reasonable period of 30 days, we will issue a refund for the product’s value or offer a voucher of equal value to be used for a future purchase.



DEFECTIVE PRODUCT CASE

If a product is deemed potentially defective, it is first sent for evaluation by the authorized technical department of the manufacturer.

If it is confirmed that the product is indeed defective:

  1. If the product can be repaired, it will be repaired and sent back to the customer.
  2. If the product cannot be repaired and an identical product is available, it will be replaced.
  3. If there is no available product for replacement, the amount corresponding to the product’s value will be refunded (excluding shipping costs and any other reasonable expenses incurred by the customer for the return).

    Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
