For how many days will my package stay in the BOX NOW Locker?
Your parcel is available for collection 48 hours from the moment it is delivered to the Locker. You can extend this time for another 24 hours from the "Locate your parcel" section. If the package is not received within 3 days, then it returns to the BOX NOW sorting center. We make sure to remind you of the receipt of your package with a message on your mobile phone 1 and 2 days before this period ends!
How do I receive a parcel via Locker?
If you choose BOX NOW as a delivery method in an online store, then when your package arrives at the Locker, we send you a message on your mobile phone with the 6-digit code that opens the package box. By typing the code you received into the Locker, the locker door opens and you collect your package!
BOX NOW delivers within 24 hours, from the moment it has received your order from your favorite E-shop.

You choose the Locker that serves you best. Within 24 hours you will have your parcel.
STEP 3
You will receive a message with the PIN of your receipt.
STEP 4
You type the PIN in the Locker and the box opens, so you can pick up your package.
