Fulfillment of our obligations under any Contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period of Force Majeure Event and the time to fulfill our obligations shall be extended for a period equal to that period. . We will make every reasonable effort to terminate the Force Majeure Event or find a solution that will enable us to fulfill our obligations under the Convention despite the Force Majeure Event.
REQUEST
