Vital elements seal the hair cuticle layer create a smooth and even surface for intense and bright light reflection.

Contains a pH neutralizing value that perfectly restores the hair and improves the condition of the hair while neutralizing the oxidation residues and alkaline persulfates that may remain in the hair.

It is the best product used after Wella Blondor Extra Cool Blonde powder to regulate the hair while at the same time it acts as a sealing agent to lock in the additional dyes and the Extra Cool Blonde dyes.

APPLICATION

Rinse Bleaching Bleaching Treatments and then shampoo.

Apply the Wella Blondor seal and care and leave it on for at least five minutes to prepare and neutralize the hair.
